Refund policy

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • Damaged items will be refunded if reported within 24 hrs of receiving.
  • Please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • Proper proof is required within a certain time so that we can raise a
    complaint with the shipping company.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business day to your original payment method.
  •  Full Refunds will only be initiated if the issue is from our end.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they're dispatched. If the order is not received by the customer, then shipping + RTO charges will be deducted.

How to Initiate a Return?

WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT.

*Ensure that the address provided to you over email/whatspp is securely pasted on the return package along with your Full Name and Order ID*

  • Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

 

  • Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR PRODUCT VALUE WHICH YOU CAN USE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ISSUANCE. NO REFUND ON COD ORDERS.
